Refund policy

RTT Motorcycles aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned.

• If you have received goods that are incorrect you need to contact us within 10 days of receipt.
• If the goods received are faulty, you need to contact us within 30 days. Goods must be returned in original condition.
• If your goods are damage in transit, please sign the delivery note to that effect and report it to us immediately.
• If you change your mind regarding your goods, you have 14 days from the day the order is complete to return the goods to us at your expense.
• Returns are at the discretion of RTT
